What To Expect
1
Rosson House Museum
Constructed in 1895, here stands on of the few remaining Victorian-era homes in Phoenix. A visit to the Rosson house is like traveling back in time. Many volunteers and visitors have reported strange and unexplainable events in the foreboding gothic home.
2
Teeter House
If you are seeking five-star Japanese cuisine and a potential ghostly encounter, reserve a seat at the famous Nobuo at Teeter House. While it may seem like a simple and unremarkable old bungalow, the history of the Teeter house stretches back over one 120 years and is part of the first modern settlement in the city of Phoenix area.
3
Hanny's
Something strange happens in the basement of Hanny's Department store. Visitors often express unease and discomfort peering through chain-link fence and bizarre display at the bottom of the stairs. Join the tour to find out what haunts this historic structure.

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE! It is a COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! This big lady who coughs a LOT into her headset is just quoting internet ghost stories where you walk around outside and listen to her dumb stories that I’ve actually already heard before. We walked around in the phoenix heat outside the whole time. This lady took my money and I don’t appreciate it. This is the biggest ripoff I’ve ever experienced in my life and I want my money back. This is absolutely nuts that this lady is getting away with this. Total and complete scam. If you want this dumb experience, you don’t even have to pay. There were people just walking up during the “tour” of outside downtown (no action or going inside anywhere) that just joined the group and the lady didn’t even notice. I want this lady shut down!!! This business is a scam and I won’t stop until this business doesn’t exist anymore or until I get my money back. I paid $70 for 2 people. Total joke. DO NOT PAY!!! You will regret it. I didn’t know it was just walking around outside of a few hotels listening to dumb stories this broad read on the internet. I could’ve done that. I’ve never felt more or been more ripped off in my life!!!!

Lucas was awesome and very knowledgeable about all the stops on the tour, nice guy! I loved the Rosson house, beautiful haunted Victorian style house in the middle of Phoenix. But the dolls at Hannah.. hard no, I hated the dolls.
