This morning my husband and I woke up at 5am to drive to the other side of Scottsdale from our hotel to go up in a Hot Air Balloon and we had an unforgettable morning! Checking in was smooth and easy with a large meeting space and clean bathroom facilities. We were given our boarding pass with Jacob as our Balloon Pilot. Shortly after checking in we boarded a van to our launch site. The woman driving us (I forgot her name but she was awesome!!) explained a lot about the process and her job as the ground crew. We got out of the van as they started inflating the balloons giving us ample time to take photos before jumping into the basket. I'm 5'2 and have short stubby legs but the flight crew let me take the time I needed to get into the basket. Before we launched our driver ran around taking our phones and took pictures just before take off. We went up, up, up! I don't like heights but with the basket coming up chest high it's easy to look out not down. Our Pilot let us know the direction we were headed and altitude while pointing out landmarks. It was a very tranquil and smooth flight. As we were coming down we braced for impact but it was surprisingly smooth considering the basket doesn't have landing gear like a plane. We landed, popped open a bottle of champagne and talked a bit more before heading back to the meeting point. Once we got back we ate some snacks, looked at some souvenirs, paid and left. Overall an amazing experience. Highly recommend 5/5

This was an amazing experience! I was really scared at first as I'm afraid of heights, but It ended up being super relaxing. It was so beautiful to see the sunrise from the sky. We flew over residential areas and more desert type areas where we saw cactuses and even saw a few rabbits running. Our pilot was super nice and answered any questions people had. We flew a little over an hour. This was the highlight of our phoenix trip!

Excellent tour. Kyle our pilot was fantastic. Knowledgeable, funny and made the ride fell comfortably safe. The champagne toast topped it off.
