This was so amazing! Jacob, our route pilot, was knowledgeable and amazing, especially with my grandparents, who have both had knee replacement surgery. The view was great, would recommend ten times over for anyone in the area.

We got to the place on time, and no one showed up. No contact from them till late in the day saying it was canceled due to weather. We ask for a full refund

Hi Dave, we did try to reach out by phone the day before your flight, as soon as we were informed by our chief pilot, and left a voicemail to inform you of the cancelation. A full refund has been issued back to the original method of payment. We are sorry that we were unable to get you out for a flight with us and hope to fly with you the next time you are in the area!

They canceled flights and wouldn’t reschedule the balloon flights for another day that I was in town.

Unfortunately, we are in full swing of our busy season and as much as we wish we were able to reschedule everyone that has been canceled, we are only able to accommodate what our capacity allows.
