It was our first time to experience a hot air balloon and we had the absolute best flight!! The staff was super friendly, knowledgable, and made us feel very safe and taken care of. The staff and team radiated positive energy and you can definitely tell they are like a family which made us feel even more safe and made the experience even better. Brook was our guide and he was FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend him! He had a great personality and knowledge base. It was a smooth, calm, beautiful ride and we will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you!!

Our hot air balloon ride with Rainbow Ryders was awesome. It was everything I hoped for and then some. It was very beautiful. They prepared us, informed us, helped us getting in and out of the basket and made sure everyone was enjoying themselves. The entire team is very professional and friendly. I highly recommend our pilot, Jesse.

My wife and I took the sunrise hot air balloon ride while on vacation. It was a little bit of an early morning but we are both early risers anyway. We met at the Rainbow Ryders headquarters around 5:00 am. About a 20 minute ride for us. They took us out to the launch site. Maybe another 15 minute ride. We watched them, like clockwork, unload and fill the balloon. We were up in the air, probably by 6:00 a m or so. The sunrise from about 4,000 feet up is breathtaking. Got so many pics. We were in a group of 12 and everyone on board was pleasant. The Pilot, his name escapes me, Josh or Jason, was great, entertaining, and full of info. Willing to answer any question asked of him. He made the ride enjoyable. At the end of the ride we celebrated with a traditional toast with mimosa's!! If you're ever in or near Scottsdale AZ, I recommend Rainbow Ryders for a beautiful, enjoyable sunrise balloon ride. You will not be disappointed.
