It was UP, UP AND AWAY with Jesse and his Rainbow Ryder hot air ballon. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Had complete confidence in the equipment, support group and our pilot from lift off until the softest landing that you could imagine. You might want to talk to your writer about the jokes Jesse.

Came with my wife for the sunrise tour over Phoenix, this was a bucket list activity for sure. The entire team at Rainbow Ryders were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would specifically recommend pilot Jesse Roholt - dude knows his stuff and made the whole flight that much better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We decided on this for our daughters birthday while in Arizona for a conference. The morning was good. Easy to find the place with directions. We arrived, were greeted by two people who were our pilots. They quickly got the waivers filled out and then we boarded the vans when everyone had arrived. We took a short trip to the launch site. It is really cool. You get to watch the company and others begin to inflate the balloons and then they slowly launch. The sun coming up make it so much more beautiful. The operation of the balloon is smooth and steady. If you are nervous, you don't need to be, because it is a safe and smooth ride. You get to see little jackrabbits, coyotes (we didn't), and just nature out there. It provides really nice views for pictures and videos. We landed without incident and were greeted by champagne and things. We don't drink champagne but the story was nice behind it. We were then shuttled back to the main office. At the office, we had a small breakfast, got certificates, and then socialized a little more. Overall, it was a good experience! I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.
