We had booked a sunrise hot air balloon ride with our team at work and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the van ride to the site, to being in the air, and then landing and have a champagne morning toast, it was everything you could imagine a bucket list adventure would be. The staff is super friendly and even had some little snacks for us when we returned to the office afterwards. You even get a certificate of completion which is a nice memento completing the activity. I highly recommend using this company and taking the jump to mark off your bucket list today!

We woke up at 4:30 AM, got picked up at 5:30 by an Uber driver to be to 715 E Covy Lane by 6:30 AM. No one there, no one answered the phone. We messaged via the web site and got a reply that our flight was cxld. Was told that they didn’t see our reservation and was also told it was too windy. Not sure which reason was valid, but Monday, February 1st was a beautiful morning for a very anticipated ballon ride with my daughter. Was to be the highlight of our trip before going home to Minnesota. $100 shot in Uber transportation and a cxld hot air balloon ride. I wish I could give a better rating, but I cannot.
