We decided on this for our daughters birthday while in Arizona for a conference. The morning was good. Easy to find the place with directions. We arrived, were greeted by two people who were our pilots. They quickly got the waivers filled out and then we boarded the vans when everyone had arrived. We took a short trip to the launch site. It is really cool. You get to watch the company and others begin to inflate the balloons and then they slowly launch. The sun coming up make it so much more beautiful. The operation of the balloon is smooth and steady. If you are nervous, you don't need to be, because it is a safe and smooth ride. You get to see little jackrabbits, coyotes (we didn't), and just nature out there. It provides really nice views for pictures and videos. We landed without incident and were greeted by champagne and things. We don't drink champagne but the story was nice behind it. We were then shuttled back to the main office. At the office, we had a small breakfast, got certificates, and then socialized a little more. Overall, it was a good experience! I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

We truly enjoyed our sunrise balloon ride with Shawn, Will and Kirby. They were all professional, knowledgeable and made this an unforgettable experience. The flight was smooth and the views are spectacular. This was definitely a highlight of our trip.

My daughter and her boyfriend did the sunrise hot air balloon ride. It was an Awesome Experience for them! They got amazing pictures, and their hot air balloon pilot even sent them incredible pictures of their trip. They were treated to a breakfast after the flight. A once in a lifetime experience. The pilots were professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. Scheduling was easy, and location easy to find.
