Really enjoyed this hot air balloon ride. It was my first. So my honest impression is that I envisioned being up in the air in time to see the sun actually rise. However, had been up around 45 minutes by the time we got in the air. This maybe isn't a realistic expectation since the balloon ride only lasts 1 hour, but I honestly thought we would see the sun rise while up in the balloon. Next, I'm a little scared of heights, but the sides of the basket are high enough that it's really not a problem. Our pilot Taylor was very knowledgeable and did a great job as pilot and tour guide. Finally, don't make the same mistake I did and assume your GPS will take you where you need to be to meet I almost missed meeting with the group at the meeting place which in our case was the Deer Valley Airport because my GSP took me to the middle of a residential area near by. Instead, make sure to take the address off the website and plug that into your GPS. In our case, we met at the airport and then rode as a group in van out to another location for launch. Bottom Line....I really enjoyed this and felt very safe the whole time.

Very nice experience. Our guide Patrick was excellent. But, the 'Sunrise' is misleading cause you are not actually in the balloon for the sunrise, it just means that the tour time is in the morning.
