We selected the sunrise experience. Everything was great except I thought we would be launching at just before sunrise to watch the colors come alive over the mountain. When we launched the sun was already up and most of the colors were already gone - very sad. Our pilot was friendly, funny and made us feel very safe. The basket held 14 of us - it was huge. We have been on one other balloon ride in a smaller basket and I think prefer the more intimate experience.
