Kyle was very nice guy, he helped throughout the trip. Balloon reached a height of 3000 ft, nice views. Improvements: I wanted to see sunrise from balloon but they were late and it started before we fly

FFA regulations do require a certain amount of light to be visible before flying (otherwise we need special equipment to legally launch our balloons). We love to give you a beautiful landscape for your flight, which is why we stress the importance of arriving on time for check-in.
