This was our first time in a balloon and the experience couldn’t have been better! We went as a family of 4 on New Years Eve morning and the day couldn’t have started better. Jesse Roholt was our guide and was phenomenal! Experienced, calm, and fun! He kept us informed, shared answers to questions and worked very efficiently so as not to make guests wait too long. It was a day we’ll remember forever!! Even after two weather related cancellations the two days prior we were able to be rebooked and we got up even during a very busy week with Rainbow Ryders!

Rainbow Ryders did not disappoint !!! My two adult daughters and a son-in-law were in town for our Christmas vacation. We decided to send them on a hot air balloon ride as a Birthday gift since they had never experienced a hot air balloon ride previously. They had SUCH a blast on the Sunrise flight !!! The office where they met the pilots was "all pro", and a van whisked them off to the balloons after filling out paperwork. My kids told me the ride was beyond their expectations and they will never forget this experience !!! Thank you Rainbow Ryders for a PERFECT experience !!!! My kids loved the final touch wherein you served them champagne upon completion of the ride !!!! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and the pilot had just completed over 5500 flights during his career as a hot air balloon pilot !!! My kids advised that this was the highlight of their visit to Scottsdale during their week-long visit here !!!

Our family booked a last minute sunrise trip and absolutely loved the entire time. We floated effortlessly above the desert. Our pilot gave informational tips and his sense of humor put all of us at ease. The scenery was beautiful and it was so peaceful during the trip. It was so easy to work with this folks on our last minute plans, and they explained everything so well. Definitely recommend this company.
