Smooth operation, smoother landing. Jesse Newcomer was our pilot and was very skilled, but was also very entertaining and kept us laughing almost the whole flight. He was so much more engaging than the pilot we had previously met on a day when weather kept us from flying. We would certainly recommend this company and "Captain" Newcomer to one and all. It was obvious this was a very first class operation from top to bottom.

We loved floating peacefully over the north Phoenix area. Our pilot, Patrick was amazing & fun. The co-pilot, Kyle, was great. What a fun family experience.

WOW! What an amazing time! Such a peaceful and enjoyable time. Our pilot, Patrick, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. He made us feel safe the entire trip. My experience from beginning to the end was top notch. I will book thru Rainbow Rider again and ask for Patrick to be our pilot.
