There are not enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to truly describe how amazing my experience was today. Everyone at Rainbow Ryders, from Jon that checked me in, to our Pilot Jesse, Sean from the ground crew and everyone in between, helped to make this an experience to remember and for that I Thank You all!!! I’m looking forward to doing the evening ride next.

Our Captain Morgan was great. He was quick to answer our questions and passionate about sharing his flying experience with us. We were a group of 12 in a basket and it did not feel crowded. If you are scared, know that the basket does not move. It is such a soothing experience. It is downier in the air. iMO the prettiest view was seeing the other colorful Balloons in the air! I am so glad I did this tour. Would I pay over $200 to do it again? No. The experience is cool but not $200 worth of cool. To put it into perspective though, I am well travelled I’ve been to almost 40 countries and lived overseas. Maybe I feel this way because I have seen so much. Another thing. Viator states that a end of flight toast is included and that breakfast is one of the highlights. There was no breakfast. There were SNACKS available at the office afterwards. That is NOT breakfast. I would change the description to avoid misrepresentation. We also drove to one location first to check on wind/weather and then decided to go for a second location. Why not having employee on each location checking these conditions and reporting back to the office so that the tour goes straight to where it is supposed to be? It seems like we lost some time doing this and the sun was definitely already up by the time we were in the air. I understand this is NOT a sunrise flight, but better coordination can still be made. Overall, I would recommend this tour! I wouldn’t pay to do it again for the same price but I am glad I did it!

Very professional and safe. We went to 4500 feet and the view was wonderful. We were in the air for about a hour
