Staff was great! Just didn’t fly very high or long. Flew low to ground most of the time so it was just ok.

This was a gift for my dad and we were so happy to go and knock another item off our bucket list! Didn't disappoint! Check in, the ride and breakfast with champagne after were great! Highly recommend them!

A quick journey from Rainbow Ryder’s headquarters in Phoenix to Peoria for lift off. Taylor and his crew quickly got the balloon up around 5:30am so the group could hop in the basket to take off first! We climbed to 3800’ for a stunning panoramic view of what looked like all of AZ while the sun began to crest over the peaks in the distance. Taylor, our captain, had great local knowledge, made everyone very comfortable while piloting the vessel, and was funny. While airborne, we saw white tail rabbit, red tail hawk, quail, and heard a wild burro in the distance, but never got a visual. We witnessed breath taking views, miles of visibility, and had a smooth landing with mimosas as a reward! My girlfriend and I were accompanied by 4 strangers, but after various conversations with everyone it felt like we were 6 friends who planned to go on a great experience together. Our journey ended at home base where we were served a breakfast of yogurt, muffins, bagels, prickly pear & cranberry juice, and of course...more mimosas! Special thanks to the Rainbow Ryder’s crew and our fearless captain Taylor who kept everyone safe and secure in our basket! An additional congratulations to Taylor and his wife for an upcoming addition(a baby girl) to their Arizona family! Good luck in your endeavors and much happiness to you and your family.
