I took my 10 yr old son and we had a wonderful experience! Scott in Phoenix was our pilot and he did an amazing job of keeping us entertained, answering questions, and most importantly, getting us back on the ground safely :) Thank you for being the highlight of our trip and helping me make a memory with my son that he will never forget!

WOW! Totally worth flying to Phoenix for!!! Such a great experience—start to finish. Honestly, I was very worried (scared to death for days) prior to our flight time, but as soon as I met our pilot, Patrick, I started feeling better and by the time the balloon launched I had no worries at all. By the time he drove us to the launch site, I had total confidence in his abilities, and his sense of humor helped a lot, too. The employees we came into contact with were all professional, personable and appeared to know what they were doing. I am somewhat physically limited so I had a difficult time climbing in and out of the balloon (I’m sure it wasn’t pretty) but everyone was as helpful as could be. The ride was very smooth, peaceful and 7,000 feet up! The landing was not bad at all—I’ve had worse landings on Jet Blue! I can’t wait to fly back to Phoenix and do it again. And don’t worry: all pilots are arrogant.

What an experience! The whole team was so professional and our pilot, Taylor, exceeded all expectations. Truly a bucket list item ticked. Will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this kind of experience around Phoenix. The champagne toast and prayer after the flight was such a nice touch.
