Excellent narrative of local history and, importantly, the ingredients and uniqueness of the preparation. Worthwhile. Do Not have lunch before!

There are many other tours who share the same spots we went (ie chowder and smoked salmon) but they get chocolate etc which is not necessary… This tour is fully with seafood. Thinking bite here there may not be enough but not really! We had coffee and small pastry for late breakfast and this bites were perfectly enough as a lunch substitute! And thank you for a bubble gum at the end. Yes we did stick it at gum wall and took picture of it!

Carolyn made this excursion memorable! Besides the wonderful historical information about the market and the delicious seafood tastings, there was a member of the group using a walker. She went out of her way to make sure this person enjoyed everything the rest of us did and did NOT inconvenience us at all.
