Carolyn provides the most comprehensive and professional tour and made us all feel at ease. She is knowledgeable chef but relates well to foodies who may not have all the experience in the kitchen that she does. I will definitely use all of the tips she provided during the tour and came away not only entertained but more confident in my own abilities. Her effervescent personality is infectious. I look forward to taking more of her tours and even booking one of her specialty cooking classes.

Carolyn is extremely knowledgeable and was very accomodating of my 88 year-old mother. Her cadence and information was interesting and she has a great personality. Because of her relationships with the restauraunt owners, we did not have to wait on any lines for our seafood samples!
