The Tour
-The experience of being on a 14,000 ft mountain is like no other. We make
several stops both up and down the mountain to really soak in the views that
makes this experience so unique. The scenery above treeline is stunning.
Once we reach the summit, we walk with you illustrating points of interest.
Then we leave you to explore the summit on your own. Our guides take
excellent pictures of you and your family.

What To Expect

Pikes Peak - America's Mountain

This is an amazing experience, with views that defy language. Pikes Peak Highway is 19 miles of paved road to the summit. There are many attractions we stop at and take pictures, and let the views soak in. Once we get above the treeline, it's like a different world. Incredible rock structures and views of distant mountain ranges. Once we reach the summit, we will give you a little tour of the area, tell you some of the things you seeing, and allow some time in the Summit House. On a clear day, you can see 5 states from here. After that, we will leave you to explore on your own for a bit. Food and souvenirs are available at the Summit Complex. We also provide snacks and water for the trip if needed. This is an experience you won't forget.

This was a wonderful jeep trip up to Pikes Peak! Suzanne, our jeep driver is an expert driver and full of information. It was 73 when we started and 37 degrees at the summit with snow the day before and sleet today! Little chilly but doable. The clouds came rolling in so no real view from the top but the donuts hit the spot! There’s a nice museum at the summit too! All in all it was a great tour, both Suzanne and James were great to work with! Would definitely go with Mountain Jeep Tours again! Fantastic!

It was definitely a memory that we’ll always remember! Reaching the top of the mountain and seeing all the views! Our tour guide was phenomenal she went above and beyond. She made it feel as if we’d known her for years already. We even got to eat wild berries and got to see wild animals. Definitely coming back to Colorado to do this and recommending to friends!

Sit back and relax and let them do the driving! Small group experience with lots of additional information provided during the trip up and back. Plenty of stops to take pictures. Nice vehicle and we had top down on way up where temp was close to 80 degrees but closed before we got to summit where it was 45 degrees. Better option than the open air jeeps as we stayed dry and warm.
