Pikes Peak - America's Mountain
This is an amazing experience, with views that defy language. Pikes Peak Highway is 19 miles of paved road to the summit. There are many attractions we stop at and take pictures, and let the views soak in. Once we get above the treeline, it's like a different world. Incredible rock structures and views of distant mountain ranges. Once we reach the summit, we will give you a little tour of the area, tell you some of the things you seeing, and allow some time in the Summit House. On a clear day, you can see 5 states from here. After that, we will leave you to explore on your own for a bit. Food and souvenirs are available at the Summit Complex. We also provide snacks and water for the trip if needed. This is an experience you won't forget.

This tour was amazing. We weren’t sure if we would be able to make it all the way to the top due to weather and bad road conditions. James kept us informed and gave us options if that happened. We thoroughly enjoyed the drive up the mountain, felt very safe on the highway and learned so much about the area. We saw the most stunning views, gorgeous terrain and wildlife. We were so fortunate to make it to the top of Pike’s Peak and would recommend this tour highly to anyone! Thanks James for a spectacular day.

Our excursion to Pikes Peak and Garden of Gods was amazing: the only way to go is with a Jeep and knowledgeable quide. Although we were only allowed to go 13 mile s due to snow, we felt very safe and cozy warm in the Jeep. Loved, loved our guide.

This was a much better option than the cog train. Due to blowing snow and high winds, park rangers wouldn’t allow travel past mile 13 (11,330 ft) out of 19 (14,300), but we were able to stop and take photos on the way up and down, and we spent 30 minutes at the gift shop at the top, unlike those who took the cog train (they only allowed attendees to open the windows once at their highest altitude, but they were not allowed to exit the train). It was very personalized experience, James was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we would do it again.

Thanks Jon. We are sorry we couldn't make it to the top but thanks for deciding to go anyways. We too feel it is a better optoins than the COG train. We are glad you enjoyed the tour!
