We waited around all day specifically to go on this. They canceled the cruise shortly before we were supposed to check in. How do I get my money refunded?

We do apologize for the disappointment. I cannot tell the specific details of your reservation from this review, but we did cancel a cruise because of the weather. Often, the weather blows over so canceling a cruise in advance is not always an option. We try to allow every opportunity for cruises to go out because we know that our guests are looking forward to them; however, we cannot cruise when it is unsafe. We did process refunds for the cancellations. If you have not received yours yet, please contact us right away so we can get this worked out. 727.423.7824 Refunds are always provided when we cancel cruises.

Great experience overall. Comfortable and relaxing cruise and the staff was fantastic. They do a great job pulling the kids away and keeping them busy with games and water fights. As a parent, it was our most relaxing time on the vacation because we were able to sit back and enjoy the boat ride while the kids had fun. Lots of dolphins to spot on the way, would definitely recommend for families with younger kids.

Great ride for 1 1/2 hrs. Grandson had a blast. Free beer , wine , and soft drinks . The pirates really entertained the kids.
