Overview

Learning to surf with Sandbar Surf School is a lifetime bucket list thing that you will never forget. We are the premier surf school in California's Central Coast and we have been teaching surf lessons here in Pismo Beach since 1996. We have tons of local surf knowledge as well as many of our instructors are world travelers/surfers. We truly love what we do and you will have the best time in the world going with us. Laugh with us, surf with us and maybe even come to one of our bonfires! We would not only love to meet you from wherever in the world you are from, but we promise that your surf experience with us will be the part of the trip that you can't stop talking about in the days to come.

This is our second booking with the Surf School. We have lots of foreign visitors and love to show them new and interesting things. This fully qualifies as one of the great California ones. Prices are reasonable, the staff is amazing, and the fun outstanding. Lifetime memories created for all. I highly reccomend this as a costal activity.

In April we spent 1 week in Pismo and decided to book our first surf lessons. Jonny and his team were great instructors! Teaching us how to paddle, push and stand like pros ;). They are really nice person, trying to make the best out of this experience for beginners or advanced. We are looking forward to our next time on a surfboard, thank you guys for these 3 days!
