PistachioLand Farm Tour

Overview

The PistachioLand tour offers a ride on a 14 passenger electric vehicle through the pistachio orchards and vineyards. This is a working farm where pistachios and wine grapes are produced, and wine and candy is also produced on-site. Free samples of nuts and wine are available in the gift shop. Although you can walk-in to purchase a $2 ticket, booking guarantees a seat unless canceled for weather. Risks: Open air vehicle exposed to weather, wildlife and farm operations. Tour vehicle travels on a bumpy, gravel road. Pets are not allowed on tour due to insurance requirements. Waivers required from each guest. Must be seated on the vehicle 15 minutes prior to departure.

McGinn's PistachioLand

PistachioLand is home to the World's Largest Pistachio, 12,000 pistachio trees, vineyard, winery, ice cream parlor and gift shop with free samples of nuts and candy.

We have to give a shout out to Chez (the security guard) who was so incredibly kind to give us a “mini” tour of the outside of the facility on his night shift! We came back as he recommended during the day and it was the best decision! The store and the pistachio ice cream was AMAZING! We highly recommend adding this to your list!

Emilio did a nice job on the tour. He was knowledgeable and laid back, making for an enjoyable tour. It was a perfect thing to do when waiting to go to White Sands National Park at sunset.
