Overview

On this tour, guests will get a local expert to guide them around the Little Italy neighborhood giving insight to local restaurants, shops and vendors they might not otherwise discover as well as the unique history of this area. Guests will get the opportunity to meet new people while they taste food samples at four different locations, two of which include wine or beer samples and one includes dessert.

This tour honestly was one of the most unexpected surprises on my trip to San Diego. This past week my friend and I traveled out to San Diego, and were originally supposed to go do the Gaslamp tour that this company provides. However, The Red Hot Chili Peppers were in California at the time and the Gaslamp would've been chaotic. The tour company rerouted us to another tour that worked out better for us (which was this tour specifically). We got paired with Kirk, and needless to say Kirk was superb! He was an amazing tour guide with a positive attitude and provided a lot of good historical stories of the Little Italy neighborhood but also San Diego at large. Became friends with Kirk and look forward to seeing him hopefully again someday on a tour in San Diego when we come back!
