Overview

On this tour, guests will get a local expert to guide them around the Little Italy neighborhood giving insight to local restaurants, shops and vendors they might not otherwise discover as well as the unique history of this area. Guests will get the opportunity to meet new people while they taste food samples at four different locations, two of which include wine or beer samples and one includes dessert.

Magda was such a wonderful tour guide!! Not only did she give us a food tour but gave us great historical information about downtown "Little Italy" making this tour a combo treat of tasty food & rich history!

Bianca, the owner, did the tour of Little Italy. She was entertaining knowledgeable and make the tour fun. Really got to know the other members of the group. It felt like a family walking through Little Italy vs just a tour. Food at each stop was delicious and bountiful, much more than you would expect from a 'tasting tour'. Must do tour when you are in San Diego.

Ben did an outstanding job explaining the many facets of Historic Little Italy. He was interested in getting to know us and answered all our questions during the tour. The restaurant selections were awesome...Soluto's, Mr. Moto, Queensland, and a Gelateria with more flavors than I have ever seen. The 4:30 start time was great, as there was some street parking and the smells from the many restaurants in the neighborhood were so enticing! We live locally, so look forward to going back again, and taking friends along with us for another repeat tour.
