What To Expect

Plantation Adventure Center

The scenic cruise is our one-hour dry tour of beautiful Kings Bay. You will cruise through the beautiful bay looking for wildlife while the captain points out the highlights of the area. During the cruise there is always the chance of seeing manatees, but it can never be guaranteed. These are wild animals in their natural habitat that come and go as they desire. Our tour boats are fully covered to protect you from the sun and rain. Besides manatees there is always a chance of seeing dolphins, otters, turtles, a variety of birds and fish. Every tour is unique!

We were visiting Crystal River for fun. We are familiar with the area, but had not been out on the bay in a long time. We saw a manatee, lots of birds, and had a great tour of the bay. The guides were friendly and informative. Good time, worth the fare and don't forget the tip!

Captains Dustin and Libby were helpful and shared their in-depth knowledge of King's Bay and the river area with our group. We saw manatees and they pointed out many of the birds in the area. The trip was interesting and entertaining as we toured Kings Bay, and as a real bonus near the end of the trip we encountered two dolphins chasing and feeding on a shoal of fish. The pelicans joined in catching the left overs. Captain Dustin stayed for the extra time needed until the excitement was over. Great afternoon.
