What To Expect

Plantation Adventure Center

The scenic cruise is our one-hour dry tour of beautiful Kings Bay. You will cruise through the beautiful bay looking for wildlife while the captain points out the highlights of the area. During the cruise there is always the chance of seeing manatees, but it can never be guaranteed. These are wild animals in their natural habitat that come and go as they desire. Our tour boats are fully covered to protect you from the sun and rain. Besides manatees there is always a chance of seeing dolphins, otters, turtles, a variety of birds and fish. Every tour is unique!

Capt. Mike and his crew were very friendly and informative. Unfortunately my phone camera was not cooperatinging so unable to post any.

We had a very enjoyable afternoon cruise. We saw a mama and baby manatee up close plus dolphins in the distance, and a juvenile bald eagle. Captain Mike was very informative, however, without a microphone, it was near impossible to hear him in the back of the boat. I moved forward to hear him once we were underway. Don't take the cruise to see manatees--go to Three Sisters or another place. Go on the cruise to enjoy the water, see the bay, sites and wildlife, hopefully, including manatees.

Mark and Dustin made the sunset tour so special. They were so informative and fun. Made sure we saw manatees and lots of wildlife!
