The scenic cruise is our one-hour dry tour of beautiful Kings Bay. You will cruise through the beautiful bay looking for wildlife while the captain points out the highlights of the area. During the cruise there is always the chance of seeing manatees, but it can never be guaranteed. These are wild animals in their natural habitat that come and go as they desire. Our tour boats are fully covered to protect you from the sun and rain. Besides manatees there is always a chance of seeing dolphins, otters, turtles, a variety of birds and fish. Every tour is unique!

The weather was very cold so the manatees where up by the springs. It was great for the first 30 minutes watching the manatees up close. I could have stayed in the same place for the whole hour. I was there to see manatees and for half the cruise, we did. Then we took off and got a tour of houses and a port-a-john that stood on a bungalow that Elvis once stayed in. While I can appreciate talking about house value and that Babe Ruth and Ted Williams stayed in a fishing cabin (which I can't see them together because of the time differences between the two players - Ruth retired 4 years before Williams was a rookie), I was on a manatee tour. I am sure many people got bored looking at all the manatees that we saw (and we did see a lot) and where on a manatee cruise to see the area, houses, history, etc. not always just manatees. Oh well, it was not very expensive and we probably got to see more manatees than most people will on this cruise because of the cold weather over Florida.

This was one of 2 boat tours we took and enjoyed. This one went around Kings Bay and told about points of interest, historic and otherwise. We did see a few manatee, though the warm temps sent most back out to the Gulf. Lovely day, time well spent, fair $ for the time on the water. Would do it again if back in the area.

Had a great sunset cruise with Captain Steve and Bill in Kings Bay. We were able to see manatee cows and calves. An enjoyable time with some history and fun facts! The sunset was truly amazing! I highly recommend this tour!
