What To Expect

Plantation Adventure Center

The scenic cruise is our one-hour dry tour of beautiful Kings Bay. You will cruise through the beautiful bay looking for wildlife while the captain points out the highlights of the area. During the cruise there is always the chance of seeing manatees, but it can never be guaranteed. These are wild animals in their natural habitat that come and go as they desire. Our tour boats are fully covered to protect you from the sun and rain. Besides manatees there is always a chance of seeing dolphins, otters, turtles, a variety of birds and fish. Every tour is unique!

The scenic cruise was very enjoyable! We saw a few manatees and the captains were great at explaining things of the area. Highly recommended!

so glad to hear you were able to see manatees! While the scenic cruise isnt a "manatee tour" we sometimes get lucky and see them!

We saw 7 manatees clearly, including 2 mothers with calves. There were a few more but they were shy & kicked off leaving a muddy cloud. Very informative & interesting guide. Good value for money. Everyone was polite & friendly.

thanks for the 5 star review! The manatees are still in the wild, so sometimes they decide that they just dont wanna play!
