The service was a long disappointment beginnig with our arrival at Port Canaveral terminal when customer phone was not answered and none of the terminal attendants knew of Viator. After getting to a chat window with someone on the website, we find the office likely wasnt open when we’d called earlier due to different time zone. No meeting place was suggested, marked or designated, no contact made with us as to driver, car, or status. When we called the number again after several tries, someone picked up but didnt speak until we did. We had to call back twice more inquiring on status and she didnt know. She finally called us with no new info & offered a refund. So we arrived in port early at 9:45am and Viator was prearranged for 11:45, then at 1245 we took a Lyft for $120.

Pickup was very late and failed to let us know. Phone call went unanswered. Had to get a rival companies rep to get onto the web to find out what they were doing.
