We were a little late getting off the ship because of an incident. Our driver waited and we got to MCO airport in great time.

While the ride was quick & the driver inquired about temperature and music selection, there are a couple of missed customer service opportunities. 1) We were clueless about where to meet. The port is bustling so a follow up text with exact location would have been helpful. We tried calling and received a text saying “text don’t call.” Instead, just text where you are are. I assure you we weren’t calling to inquire about the weather. 2) Then, we arrived at the airport and were taken to the side the other group needed. He said he wouldn’t go to our side. It didn’t sound like “we only drop off here,” and more of “I don’t want to drive to the other side.” Can that not be explained in the description? We had to figure out how to get “to the other side” (ha) which we didn’t mind but couldn’t understand why we weren’t getting the same service. Especially after he dropped the other guests off where they wanted. Just surprising is all. Anyway, we give it 4 stars bec these aren’t things that would deter us from using the service again, rather things we feel would help others expectations. Travel can be stressful enough as it is, so hopefully this helps.

Trip from hotel to port was wonderful but in return our driver left us at port stranding us for hours. I have requested a minim7m of partial refund as that was not what we paid for. My husband is post open heart surgery and we have 2 kods with us. We got left standing for over 2 hours in the heat with no place to sit and no ride. Very disappointed with your service.
