Maybe it gets easier the second time but for the first time using viator, it is a complicated expérience. As there is no one greeting us, no signs, Having to rely on texting and calling arriving in Orlando port canaveral off just off the boat is a complex and stressful expérience if you are on a tight schedule to catch a plane. Being from Canada I has turned off my phone in order not to pay for romain fees. When we finally connected with the driver he was on time and Viator held their part of the deal.
