We never got picked up. We had to cancel because the driver was late and we would have missed our plane. It took 4 calls to get the driver to call us back and tell us he would be even later than he already was. We ended up getting in a ride share that cost us more. Fortunately they refunded the money we prepaid for the ride we scheduled. What a terrible experience. With the way the air travel is now you can't afford to get to the airport late so reliable transportation that is on time is very important. It was very stressful to wait and not know if someone is going to pick you up on time to catch a flight.
