I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Portland. We had a lot of fun. Our guide Victoria Rose was superb. Engaging, enthusiastic and a wonderful story teller. We learned about the history of the city and got to hear many a spooky tale. Victoria Rose is also kind, she was very mindful and respectful of the street community, which was refreshing to see. This tour like the host, is an absolute gem.
