Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at our Gray Line / Pink Trolley Sightseeing ticket booth at 525 SW Naito Parkway (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

An absolute delight! I recommend going on this your first day because it will show all there is to see, and then you can plan the following days around it!

Our recent tour on the Portland Hop On/Off bus was a major disappointment. Weve had good luck in the past with Viator and Hop On/Off in other cities but Portland was a waste of money and precious time. We got off at Stop 7 in the Pearl District. We walked through the district to Stop 8 listed in the brochure at Powells Books. There were no signage or clues there where the bus might stop so we positioned ourselves at an intersection on the one-way approach. We could see the bus approaching when it turned away four blocks away. We tried to intersect its path with no success. It didnt come close to Powells
No number listed to call. Too late in the day to retrace our steps, we made our way back on public transit. The second day of our two day ticket was wasted because we had no idea where to pick up the bus again, we didnt have time to start over, and again, no phone contact.
For the 78 we could have done everything on well-designed public transit and had plenty of money left for a nice lunch and then drinks later! Going to re-think the whole Hop On/Off model!
