Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at our Gray Line / Pink Trolley Sightseeing ticket booth at 525 SW Naito Parkway (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

Really liked the content of the entire tour. Great guide and every place you wanted to see was on this tour. So glad we chose the pink trolley.

Been in MANY HOHO tours all over the world. This was a nice change. Old fashion trolleys on wheels, no headphones necessary. First the bus is not that big. Secondly, they use a microphone and speaker system that is quite easy to hear and understand. The busses run about every 10 minutes or so, and it is not that crowded. A nice change of pace for a change!

Thank you for the review. Our trolleys run once an hour, which most of our guests find about right for the attractions we stop at in Portland. Thank you for the comments regarding the trolleys. They are custom built for us so we consider them special as well.

Tour was fine but overpriced at $37 per person. Was given an $8 refund because tour was shortened for some reason. In the definition it said tour was about 2 hours but was shortened to 50 minutes. I feel the refund should've been more than $8.

I am sorry the Highlights Route and the lower price did not meet your expectations. The regular route is 1.5 hours long and so we believe the $8 lower price is reflective of the value given and received.
