Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at the Gray Line Pink Sale booth at 846 SW Park Avenue (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This was a great way for us to get our bearings in Portland. When we got back to our hotel we could decide where we wanted to spend our time and plan accordingly. Unfortunately for us the Japanese Garden was closed for construction -- Overall a very pleasant tour

We would have liked the trolley to run more frequently at each stop. One driver was very pleasant, the other not as much.
