Exchange your voucher for your one day or two day pass and a current time schedule at the Gray Line Pink Sale booth at 846 SW Park Avenue (Stop 1). As no reservations are required or accepted on the trolley, only after you exchange your voucher for a pass at the ticket booth are you confirmed of a seat on the next departure that has seats available. If you are planning to join us prior to 1pm we would request that you exchange your voucher at Stop 1 to ensure you have a seat. With a voucher and assuming there is room on the trolley you may board at any stop but please exchange your voucher for a ticket when you get to Stop 1.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Convenient and fun overview of Portland. We had only one day in the city so were glad to take advantage of this easy opportunity to see the town! Bus ran right on time and was conveniently marked at pick up/drop off points.

It was very good. One person in our group who uses a wheelchair was able to stow the chair aboard. We made the full circuit unfortunately, a bicycle race had closed off the riverfront drive, so we didn't see that and later returned by car to one of the places on the route. The only thing I could have wished for was valet parking.

Everything was great except the trolley itself. I have physical issues and the seats in the trolley were very uncomfortable. In addition, every time we turned, we slid side to side. And there were no shocks. When going over bumps it was very hard. If anyone has physical issues I do not recommend this tour. For healthy people, this tour would be just fine as the places we visited and the content was interesting.
