Overview

We've always had a passion for donuts, but only recently did we realize just how many others do too. And when looking around, we didn't see anything that truly celebrated donuts in all their glory, hence the Underground Donut Tour was born. This tour is for anyone who truly enjoys donuts. At each location, you'll be able to try a curated sample of one of that location's best donuts. Many locations offer vegan, gluten or nut free options, however, please make sure to let us know ahead of the tour, so we can make sure to highlight those specifically for you. Our tours include such favorites as Coco Donuts, Blue Star Donuts, Nola Doughnuts, Voodoo Doughnuts and more.

My partner and I took the this tour for my birthday and we had a blast! The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and competent. There were a variety if different styles of donuts and interesting tidbits about Portlands; history, culture and food scene. The highlight of the tour for us was the Marion-berry beignets from the NOLA donut shop. I would highly recommend this tour for couples, family’s or any true donut lovers. There seems to be accommodations for food allergies and the amount of walking isn’t to much for most people I’d say. This tour was definitely worth the money, as a foodie/ baked good snob I’d highly recommend this tour! And I hear they’re starting a pizza tour and a ice cream tour, I will be back!

Our tour guides were amazing! It was a really nice and easy walk, and both guides were so knowledgeable about cool places to go and eat in Portland. They gave us a ton of recommendations during the trip and also gave us a lot of knowledge of history around the area as well! The doughnuts were delicious, lots of different kinds and at each stop we would sample 2 or 3 different best selling doughnuts at the shop. Remember to bring water to wash everything down! It’s a sweet tour and I would recommend anyone to go! Great for family, friends, couples :)
