My mother, sisters, and I came from south east USA and booked this tour with Gray line. From the moment we met Rickie he was a gentleman, friendly, and straight up with us. He said "I'll answer any questions I can and if I dont know I won't fib to ya". Throughout the entire tour he offered all sorts of information of the history of Niagara! The history didn't stop at the falls, it also extended into the town as well. We joked around about how some of the wild squirrels were domesticated. We were going to go to the Power plant but due to Covid were unable to and just drove into the parking lot to take pictures! Fortunately because we were not able to see the Power Plant, that gave us time to stop at the Great Gorge Railway Trail where the old business bridge connected NY to Ontario. Many of the places we stopped at, the stairs to get closer looks were closed off due to the snow and ice but we were still able to get beautiful pictures!

This was the most amazing experience I’ve ever had! Ask for RICKY!! He was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and taught my sisters, mother and I so much about the area and its history.. Took us to the most amazing and beautiful places.. He allowed us the time to take it all in but kept the party rolling..he recommended a local Italian restaurant that had the most delicious pizza I have ever tasted! He was truly a delight with enough Jolly Ranchers to share with everyone he spoke to! I’m going to tell everyone to book a tour through this company and remember—ASK FOR RICKY!!

What a great tour! Our driver/tour guide Richie was very friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. His gems of wisdom of Niagara made the trip even more enjoyable for me and my boyfriends. I highly recommend this tour line for anyone visiting this area
