Booking a tour of the Falls was a great way to see the area! The bus picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel, and I saw so many areas! My tour guide/driver, Rickie, was very knowledgeable about the area, and personable. He made sure our needs were met and that we had a great time! I like booking tours because I don't have to drive myself around the area I'm usually unfamiliar with, and I learn things about the area I didn't know before. Highly recommend Gray Line!

Ricky, our guide/driver provided us with an exceptional experience. His knowledge of the falls and their historical significance was truly engaging. Ricky enthusiasm was genuine and wonderful.

Tour picked us right up from the hotel, our tour guide Rickie was knowledgeable and funny keeping a fun like atmosphere throughout the tour. The tour highlights was the observation deck to get a better view of the American falls. We even got an extra bonus visiting the Underground Railroad Herritage Museum. Our tour guide gave us plenty of time at each location he even introduced us to some of the residential wildlife Rodney the black squirrel and Johnny the cardinal. It was nice to jump back on the bus to the next location since it was on the chilly side.
