The Northwest tours are a great way to explore the city of Seattle. We were picked up on time at 10 o’clock and then we started our tour. Our tour guide, Mark, was very knowledgeable about all of the places and landmarks in the city of Seattle and he had an excellent sense of humor. Our tour guide was also very friendly and always took the route that had the best views of the landmarks that we were headed to. Mark also gave us lots of info on what are some of the best attractions in Seattle and dropped us off on the attraction that we wished to go to. Overall I am very happy in the service that we received from the tour.

Due to heavy traffic, we missed the start of our tour. We called the tour company and they found a location where we could meet the bus and continue the tour. Our guide was very well informed and had a had a great sense of humor. At the end of the tour the driver dropped us off close to where we had parked our car. They really went out of their way to accommodate us so we had a enjoyable experience - even with the awful Seattle traffic!

We had a free afternoon because of a plane delay and chose this over sitting at the airport. What a great choice! I've been to Seattle several times ( even lived close when my husband was stationed at Ft. Lewis many years ago) but I have been given a new appreciation for it. Our driver/tour guide Mark was outstanding. So intelligent, knowledgeable (especially about the history of the city),and nice! I'd recommend this tour for anyone, especially a first-time visitor
