The tour guide/driver (Billy) was very informative and knowledgeable of the areas that were included in the tour. We saw pretty much all of the high-lights in Seattle that are advertised. The bus was comfortable and cool. After the tour, the driver took each passenger to where they wanted to be dropped off, which was wonderful for us because we had a boat cruise scheduled right after this tour. Would recommend this tour to anyone who has a short time to see Seattle, but wants to see all of the main spots.

We booked this tour at the last minute on the phone with Mike. He was professional and extremely helpful in determining which tour for us to take. The entire transaction was handled over the phone. This company is a large operation with 20 buses and tour guides operating on all the tour packages offered. The tour bus picked us up at out Sea-Tac hotel at 12 noon for a 1:o pm tour start. Lance our driver was also our tour guide. He was was extremely professional as we boarded the bus and did a great job of establishing a relationship with us and the remaining passages that we picked up. Since we started the tour at our pick up point, we got extra time to see and hear about. Lance has been in the Seattle area for 30+ years and guiding tours for 13 years. He possesses a significant knowledge of Seattle, including personal experience at numerous resturants. He provided non stop narration from our 12:00pm pick up time to our 5:30pm return time to our hotel. This tour will provide you with a great overview of what there is to see and due in Seattle. It will help you plan activities for any follow on days you might have in Seattle. It is a must tour on your first day in Seattle. We covered the entire geographic area of Seattle. Lanced started our tour with a map orientation of where we were located and the sites we would see. It was very helpful to know and understand the various location of the sites. He provided several additional map reviews as the tour progressed. The tour was well worth the money and time. We are booked on their Boeing tour on Wednesday and are looking forward to same wonderful customer service and knowledgable tour guide.

Mike was an exceptional tour guide for our 3hr welcome to Seattle tour. His knowledge of Seattle and suburbs was outstanding. During the tour we were shown the best sights and photo opportunities. At the end of the tour Mike recommended a great place for lunch and got us there safely! Awesome morning out.
