Outstanding tour! The tour guide was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. He made the tour interesting and enjoyable. The company picked us up and dropped us off in our hotel. This tour was entertaining and informative. the must do to every tourist that comes to Seattle. We saw the most well known and lesser known interesting places. Do not miss it!

This is a really great tour and works for senior citizens. If it was handicap accessible it would be even better. The getting on and off the bus was a little difficult for me I have bad knees. However, you don't have to get off at every stop.
I have been to Seattle several times and I still learned things on this tour. My family, even my 24 year-old Grandson, really enjoyed this tour.

We have taken many city tours in our travels and this was the worst. We were picked up at our hotel on time and driven to another meeting place for the tour, at which point we got on another coach. We spent a half an hour rounding up the other guests and at one point, went back to a hotel a second time to locate the missing guests. The tour did not begin until 10:20 am. We were on the road about fifteen minutes when we stopped in Heritage Square for a 20 minute break. Our driver, Daniel, was very annoying, totally full of himself and not very knowledgeable. The tour itself was boring looking at a lot of residential areas. There were a couple of more stops - nothing very interesting. When we got to the area around the Space Needle, he mentioned that we were coming up on the Space Needle and we just sped on by. You couldn't even see it as we were on a flat surface. That was very disappointing. Several people on the bus had not paid for the tour, so for a half hour we got to witness Daniel trying to operate his portable credit card machine. He called the office several times but still couldn't figure it out. The tour was supposed to be three hours ending at 1pm, but we did not get back to our hotel until 2:50pm. In the past we have enjoyed the Viator tours taken, but not this one. Don't waste your time or money!!
