Premier Whale Watch and Mendenhall Glacier Combo

Overview
Join us for Whale Watching in our cool Alaskan waters and then view one of 38 glaciers from the Juneau Ice Fields - the spectacular Mendenhall Glacier. We guide you on a 2 hour whale watching tour, spotting Humpback whales and other wildlife. Then off to the Mendenhall Glacier to spend some time hiking, watching fish spawn at Steep Creek or enjoy an outstanding view from the Visitor Center. If you are in Juneau all day - you can take advantage of our flexible Glacier Shuttle to get back to town. If you arrive in the afternoon expect to get 90 minutes at the park. But don't worry! That is the perfect amount of time to walk to nugget falls and take in the displays at the visitor center.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I cancelled my booking within minutes of entering it. It has been weeks and I still have not received my refund! I am not filing a Paypal dispute/claim.

We were on this tour in late May, and I can't say that I was impressed. The prior tour was late returning from the whalewatching, so we boarded late. We saw some whales, which I am grateful. I was not impressed with the guide. He said he was from South Carolina and had been in Alaska for two months. He didn't seem to truly know his facts and was mostly trying to entertain. I understand the captain wanted to get every opportunity to see whales and kept us late, but this was only 1/2 the excursion. We didn't get to Mendenhall until about 1/2 hour before closing. We should have had time to walk to the waterfall, but had to rush to catch the last bus into town. Disappointing. I would definitely choose a different company or excursion the next time.

Great whale watching boat excursion. Got some great whale pictures! Captain and deck hand were great. They made the trip! Knowledgeable dedicated funny and genuinely wanted our trip to be the best. Even with the pouring rain, they kept doing several additional short trips. The glacier not so much. The pouring rain didnā€™t help but with such low attendance we only got one hour of time there. We could have drove up there ourselves
