Escape the hustle & bustle of the 21st century... visit Amish Country! Our three-part tour will give you an authentic glimpse inside the Amish Community.
--Join us for a tour inside our 1805 farmhouse, which was last occupied by an Amish family. Your guide will explain the history, customs, clothing, and culture as you visit the various rooms of the home.
--Travel through the Amish countryside in our 14-passenger mini-buses. Keep your camera ready as you see Amish schoolhouses, buggies, barns, farms, historic homes, and beautiful farmland vistas.
-- Meet with the Amish owners and purchase handmade souvenirs at quaint Amish stores along the way. (when available, no Sundays or Amish holidays.)
--Enjoy a self-guided visit on our historic farm. Our 15-acre farm is home to an authentic Amish one-room school, Amish scooters and 12 different types of animals. We have various artisans and Amish craftsmen on our farm, seasonally.

What To Expect

The Amish Farm and House

Sit back, relax and let us take you through the real Amish country backroads. Your driver-guide will drive 25 miles into countryside not easily found on our own. From the window, you’ll see Amish homes, schools and farms. Depending on the season you might see Amish working in their fields, children riding on scooters and horse & buggies traveling to and from. Your driver-guide will be narrating as you see the Amish going about their everyday life. You’ll learn about agriculture, farming techniques, weddings, family traditions and how they live in our ‘modern world’. It’s not just all on the bus; we make two stops at Amish farms where you’ll get to interact with the Amish folks. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase goods made from the very hands who made them! (not on Sundays)

The Amish Farm and House

We encourage you to come to our farm! There is never any waiting when you arrive, as there's so much to do see and do on the self-guided walking tour of the farm. We also have a gift shop filled with handmade Amish items.

The Premium Package ticket also includes our Farmhouse tour. The guided house tour is a separate tour, included in the price. The guided house tour can be completed before or after your bus tour. Our tour guide will welcome you into our 1805 farmhouse, located on our farm property. As you walk through each room, you’ll learn about what it’s like to be Amish. You’ll learn about their religion, history, clothing, and homelife. -You’ll see examples of Amish girl and boy clothing -Common decorations inside of an Amish home -Specialized kitchen appliances The farmhouse is located on our property. It was onced lived in by an Amish family and we have converted it to be a museum. There are no Amish people living in this house today.

It was fun and knowledgeable. I think there should have been baked goods. I also think that less people during the house tour when the civid is still going wiuld be better. Overall, great experience

Thank you for your recent visit! We are so happy you enjoyed your tour and learned a lot about the Amish. We are taking COVID very seriously here. Our tour sizes are dramatically smaller to allow proper social distancing. Amish made baked goods are so delicious. Normally, our bus tours make stops at bakeries for our guests to grab baked goods! For those who do not take the bus tour, we have an Amish family here that makes Chicken BBQ, soft pretzels, peach milkshakes, and whoopie pies.

Although it is in the Target shopping lot, the bus tour goes through town and stops at several of the local Amish run shops. Our tour guide Jack gave us really good information along the tour. The next day, I was still looking for propane tanks and barns in back yards to see which houses belonged to the Amish. I left the tours with a much better understanding of the Amish and admiration for their lifestyle. Now I want to watch some Amish shows! One part that you should not miss is the Goat Yoga!! I wish they had a separate review here.
