We received a membership as a Christmas present from our daughter who thought we could get a virtual tasting experience. In our 70’s we found the website confusing and after several tries to reach someone we found that our $ 60 membership only gave discounts on wine tastings in person and did not pertain to virtual wine experiences. I strongly recommend before purchasing the card you have a trip planned as the card does not pertain to virtual tastings which you need no membership card.

Hi Bob, I'm so sorry for the confusion but your daughter purchased our in person tasting product that she gifted you and the product she bought is what we clarified over email. We have offered to refund the pass to make up for her confusion and also offered to apply those funds towards a virtual experience with proof of the gift card. Hope we can still assist. Because wine tastings in Napa Valley wineries are no longer free (most cost at least $25.00 and go up to $400.00 per person depending on the experience you choose), we brought one Priority Wine Pass through Groupon for $34.50 (usually $59.00 for a one year pass). One pass is good for two people and can be used at over 250 wineries in California, 50 wineries in Washington, and 50 wineries in Oregon for wine tastings, discounts, and special events. I downloaded the Priority Wine Pass app to my phone, which was great for offers, telephone numbers, directions, etc. Advance reservations are required at most all wineries, some may accept walk-ins. We opted to call the wineries to check availability because their websites wanted you to pre-paid for wine tastings. We used the Priority Wine Pass at seven (7) wineries and saved about $235.00 on wine tastings.
