Our driver was very informative and tried her best to find us some bears to see. Alas, no bears but the tour she gave was still great.

What a fantastic tour! We got so lucky to be paired with Carol as our tour guide! She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, its history, and all the activities to do and sights to see. Thanks to her we got to see the standard sights such as Salmon swimming upstream, the totem pole park, and the city, and also got to see sights off the beaten path! She took us hiking into an absolutely amazing forest with a little salmon hatching pond, showed us and taught us about the huge Sitka evergreens as well as the tiny carnivorous plants, we got to pick and taste wild berries, learn about the natives histories, and all the totem pole stories. Just a wonderful experience all around with an extremely educated and patient guide. We appreciated that she was so tolerant of both of our kids who were peppering her with random questions. Would highly highly recommend her as your guide for this tour!!
