Crown Point State Park
Millions of people visit the Columbia River Gorge each year, and one of the most popular stops and view points is at Crown Point. On this tour, we fly past this popular landmark offering a unique vantage point of the cliffs that the Vista House sits atop.
3
Latourell Falls
Latourell Falls is a waterfall along the Columbia River Gorge in the U.S. state of Oregon, within Guy W. Talbot State Park. The Historic Columbia River Highway passes nearby, and at certain locations the Lower falls are visible from the road. From the air, it’s all visible.
4
Multnomah Falls
Multnomah Falls is the most visited natural recreation site in the Pacific Northwest with more than 2 million stopping by each year to take in the views! Fed by underground springs from Larch Mountain, the flow over the falls varies, but is usually highest during winter and spring. This is also one of the best places in the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area to study geology exposed by floods.
5
Beacon Rock
Beacon Rock is the 57,000 year-old plug of relatively young cinder cone, now considered the most recent extrusion of the Boring Lava Field. The ice age Missoula Floods scored away the volcano's rubbly flanks, leaving a freestanding monolith that has become one of the most recognizable symbols of the Columbia River Gorge.

David was an excellent pilot and from the moment I got into the plane I felt comfortable and at ease! The views were spectacular and the weather cooperated and I loved every minute of it. My friend lived in Cascade Locks many years ago and was so excited to fly over her old neighborhood. My family are into TNE's (totally new experiences) and this is one birthday present I won't forget!

It's always fun to fly over familiar sights and places. Definitely provides a unique perspective. I think experiences are way better than "stuff" for birthdays anymore, so I'm very happy to hear that you enjoyed this experience so much. Thanks for coming along and hope to see you again soon!

My husband and I always try and do something outside the norm when we travel new places. When we told everyone we were taking a plane ride over the Columbia river, they were shocked but I think secretly jealous. I mean how often can you say oh ya I saw the water falls from birds eye view! David, our pilot flew in and was ready to take flight. (Note to self we took the 10am flight, but would recommend the later ride Hereford you don’t have as much cloud coverage, none the less we still saw remarkable views) I am not the best with flights, but David was so nice and always making sure I was good. He recommend I sat in front not only for the front views but also bc it’s a lil smoother of a ride. The views, history and just peacefulness were amazing. I highly recommend to #flyenvi if you want to get a different point of view of the waterfalls! Thank you guys for an amazing experience :)
