This beautiful respectful tour hosted by the very awesome & knowledgeable Elizabeth has an incredible emotion attached to this life changing event. Elizabeth's story & version of the day is so amazing that I'm not going to say what here, because you need to book her tour & hear how that day evolved through the eyes of then a young teen & someone so close to the event it will leave you speechless... On this well paced tour you get to visit, see & hear be touched by this history - Questions are welcomed & in true NYC fashion you get nice & close to other members of the group. (just embrace the experience is best...) We are from Melbourne Australia & have not stopped telling our friends about this tour - from the amazing church, through to the even more amazing survivor tree - add in the ever seemingly endless water fall at the former North & South tower sites. You best allow a full day to tour then be given a VIP entry into the museum were you can explore the stories & some of the equipment retrieved from the rubble. There is areas to take heaps of pics & there are areas that in respect of those families that lost loved ones you can not - I ask please respect the rules & staff's wishes & pass it on to others - Can I say Just Wow about this tour.... Elizabeth does provide the information to explain the how & now of this world changing event... 5 stars is not enough.... Elizabeth, we thank you for your story, it will live with us for a very long time ...

We expected it to be good and expectations were were exceeded. So much more behind the scenes information than you could get from a guide book. Hal, our guide, was great. Easy pace-nice tour.
