Our guide, Johnathon, was wonderful. My two kids & I had a private tour with him and it was more than worth it! He was so knowledgeable and the way he distilled down such a serious topic to expand my knowledge and give my kids a sense of this world changing event, was amazing. To hear stories of how Americans from all walks of life became hero’s makes me both sad and proud at the same time. Wonderful tour and Johnathon’s knowledge and humor were on point. Request him for your small group. You won’t be disappointed!

Our tour guide was extremely informative and gave us details about 911 which one has not heard. She answered all our questions. We began at St. Paul's Chapel, then visited the Oculus World Trade Shopping Center, and finally Ground Zero. She gave us private, quiet time at Ground Zero and explained the symbolism of the water, the white roses, and how the memorials are arranged. We saw looming into the sky the new tall World Trade Center Buildings! Our tour guide explained how it is constructed differently than the other two buildings. The memorial and the whole experience was moving! While there was sadness, there was also great heroism. The heroes, especially the firefighters, make me proud to be an American!

Ray was the perfect tour guide. He gave us his own experience from that day along with information we had not heard before then. I have a whole new respect for NYC and its people - he helped us understand what it felt like that day at ground zero. I would highly suggest taking the tour with him.
