We (from the UK) did the walking tour and had Ray as our guide. It was an activity that we knew we wanted to do but given the topic we’re a bit apprehensive (especially as we flew homemade that night!) but it was an incredible journey. Ray was so informative and knowledgeable, he was very good at correctly telling the events that occurred before, during and after, helped massively by the fact he was a New Yorker born and bred so experienced it first hand, but it was also somewhat uplifting. Ray knew so much that you can read or google including first hand experiences and stories from lots of different points of views. I left with a much greater knowledge than I started with and it was a really eye opening experience. I would recommend this to anyone visiting New York as a must see!! Absolutely incredible

Tim was phenomenal. His stories and energy were amazing. We had some laughs along the way and felt the weight of emotion when approaching the site. I'd recommend to all.
